IPS – Contact Form to Any API is a Shopify app that helps you send data submitted through your Shopify contact forms to external APIs. You can connect your forms with different third-party systems and send the submitted information automatically, without having to build the integration from scratch.

The app lets you create API connections, configure how data is sent, and map your form fields with the required API fields. You can also use features such as OAuth 2.0 authentication, conditional rules, SMTP configuration, and integration logs depending on your setup.
